Account for courses#

It is possible to make reservations on our facilities for classes and workshops.

To create such an account, please fill in the account for course creation form.

Here is the information we need to know to make the reservation:

• Group associated to the course. If you have already created an EPFL group that contains all the students to manage your course, please indicate it so that we can associate it to your reservation. If not, please mention it.
• Title of the course. This will typically be used to name the reservation.
• Names of teachers/teaching assistants who should be administrators of the group (they will be able to add/remove the students from the group). SCITAS will create a group for the course which will be managed by the group administrators. All the reservation administration is done through this group. Please, note that if you already have a group created, we will use it instead.
• Type of resources needed. Mention which type of resources you need (CPUs or GPUs) and how many nodes.
• The dates and duration during which your reservation should be activated.
